Our engineer resolves most issues on the spot. When a repair needs a test bench and specialist tools, we ship the equipment to Almaty and back.

An engineer from your city arrives with parts and tools. Diagnostics, component replacement and scheduled maintenance happen at your site, with minimum downtime.
02 · Almaty hub
The hub has test benches, specialist tools and the spare-parts store. Here we take on repairs of any complexity and test every unit before it goes back.
How a request runs
Call, email support or submit a request online. We need the model, the serial number and a short description of the fault.
An engineer from your city arrives at the agreed time, within 48 hours of your request.
Diagnostics and repair right at your site. If the job needs the hub, we arrange shipping straight away.
We collect the equipment, repair it in Almaty, test it and return it to your site.
Service contract
Extended warranty with next-business-day on-site response. Built for server rooms, production lines and anything where an hour of downtime costs more than the contract.

Yes. Under a service contract we take over your equipment fleet: scheduled maintenance, repairs, spare parts and a report for every site.
Submit a request. An engineer travels from the nearest service city, and the call-out time for your site is fixed in the contract.
From our store in Almaty and directly from the manufacturer. We handle all warranty correspondence with the factory; you simply sign off the work.
