Questions
What clients ask before the first contract
Will you really supply both servers and a haul truck?
Yes. In every area we work directly with manufacturers and build the delivery around your specification. For you, it’s one purchase instead of ten.
Why use a middleman when you can buy from the factory?
The factory ships from its own gate. We bring the equipment to your site, clear customs, certify, install, commission and service it. You pay the factory price and get the work your own people would otherwise have to do.
Do you bid in public procurement and subsoil users’ tenders?
Yes. We prepare the full document package, including ST-KZ and local content data, and bid on the public procurement portal and in subsoil users’ procurement systems.
What if the equipment breaks down?
Call us. We handle the warranty and service on the delivery ourselves: an engineer is on site within 48 hours in any of our 15 cities. Spare parts and dealing with the factory are on us.
How long does delivery take?
We fix the lead time for every item in the contract. Stock items arrive in days, made-to-order equipment follows the factory schedule, and you see every stage.
